Crl.M.P.No.10680 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.17343 of 2024 Dr.G.JAYACHANDRAN, J.

This Court on 08.01.2024 disposed of Crl.O.P.No.17343 of 2024 with direction to the Investigating Officer to complete the investigation and file final report within two months. Now the petition is filed for extension of time stating that there is a delay in completing the investigation, since the FSL report regarding the disputed Non Judicial Stamp papers not received within the time. Since some of the bank accounts are out side of the territory of Tamil Nadu, investigation has to be conducted in those States.

2.

From the affidavit filed for extension of time, this Court finds that the case centres around furnishing bogus bank guarantee and forged signatures, the reason stated for extension of time is satisfactory. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) states that the FSL report received few days ago and states that investigation will be completed within a period of two months.
