This petition has been filed against the order dated 16.12.2015 passed in I.A.No. 43 of 2015 in O.S.No.23 of 2015 on the file of the learned Principal District Judge's Court at Dharmapuri. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the trial Court was appointed an Advocate Mr. R.Karthikeyan as Court guardian to the minor viz., S.Kanishka/petitioner, now minor became major. Mr.R.Karthikeyan learned counsel has discharged his duty as Court guardian of the minor viz., S.Kanishka/petitioner since the minor became major. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous. 2/4
