This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the Crime No. 868 of 2023 pending investigation on the file of the Inspector of Police, Puzhal, Kolathur District .

N.ANAND VENKATESH, J ssr 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that the investigation was completed and final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Madhavaram on 30.01.2024. If ultimately, the final report is acted upon and summons is served to the petitioner and the petitioner is aggrieved by the same, it is left open to the petitioner to workout her remedy in the manner known to law. 3.This criminal original petition is disposed of in the above terms.
