The petitioner is a Rice Mill owner as well as hulling agent. It appears that he was earlier black listed and thereafter, exonerated by an order passed by the respondents under Section 6-A of the Essential Commodities Act. The 2nd respondent made recommendations by his communication in Na.Ka.No.2765/2013/P/S.No.2, dated 16.02.2015 to the 1st respondent, recommending that the petitioner can be supplied with paddy. Seeking appropriate orders on the communication of the 2nd respondent dated 16.02.2015, which is pending consideration of the 1st respondent, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Taking into consideration the pendency of the communication sent by the 2nd respondent to the 1st respondent, this Court directs the 1st respondent to pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
