Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 4 and 5 to immediately trace the service records of the petitioner and in case the original service records are not traceable, the 3rd respondent may be directed to acept the proposals sent by the 4th and 5th respondents based on the available records with them expeditiously thereby enabling the petitioner who is a senior citizen to get revised pensionary benefits within the time limit fixed by this Court on the representation of the petitioner dated 25.05.2018.

O R D E R

The learned counsel for the writ petitioner states that the petitioner received a communication dated 25.03.2019 and it is signed on 05.04.2019 stating that the proposals submitted in favour of the writ petitioner has been considered.

2.In this view of the matter, respondents are directed to proceed with the order and disburse the eligible pension as per the rules in force as expeditiously as possible. 3.Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
