PRAYER : Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent herein to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 05.10.2015 seeking cancellation of the encumbrance in the nature of memorandum relating to deposit of title deeds in Doc.No.2637 of 2007, SRO, Achirapakkam, within the time frame as stipulated by this Court.
