Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further order, imposed on the petitioner by order of this Honble Court on 05.03.2021 in Crl.M.P.No.2648/2021 in Crl.O.P.No.1312 of 2021 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. K.SUDHAKAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S P.KARITIKA KAMAL, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.2648 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.1312 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 324, 506(ii) and 302 of IPC, in Crime No.1144 of 2020, while granting bail.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court during on all the hearing dates without fail.
