Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased To issue an order of Interim Injunction restraining the Respondents 1 to 3 or their subordinates from approving the appointment of the 5th Respondent as P.G. Teacher as P.G. Assistant (Commerce) during November 2015, pending Writ Petition 37921 of 2015. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S M. RAVI, Advocate for the petitioner and
of MR.A.RAJAPERUMAL, ADDL GOVT PLEADER on behalf of the 1 TO 3 Respondents and Not apperance either in person or by an Advocte for Respondents 4 and 5, the court made the following order:- The relief sought for in the writ petition is to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to appoint the writ petitioner as P.G. Assistant Teacher (Commerce) in the 4th respondent's School. However, the present miscellaneous petition is filed seeking interim injunction restraining the respondents 1 to 3 from approving the appointment of the 5th respondent as P.G. Assistant Teacher (Commerce).
This Court is of the view that the rights of the respective parties shall be adjudicated at the time of final hearing of the writ petition and any order passed in this regard will be subject to the result of the final orders to be passed in this writ petition. Accordingly, no further orders in respect of interim injunction is required and the miscellaneous petition stands disposed of.
