O R D E R
This writ petition is filed seeking direction for the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.11.2015, consequently take necessary action on the Village Assistant Ilavarasi and Zonal Deputy Tahsildar Panneerselvam.
2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner is present as well as learned counsel for the Respondents is also present.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner owns the property bearing S.No.120/2,3,4,6, and S.No.124/20, Patta No.452, ad 2/6
measuring 1 acre 32 cents in Chinnasalem Kadathur Village. The Village Assistant Tmt.Ilavarasi, of Padharampallam Village has created forged documents in respect of the above properties with the help of Zonal Deputy Tahsildar Panneerselvam and issued proceedings in RTR (Ni.Mu.A3/4902/2012). The petitioner submitted a representation on 02.12.2013 to the 1st respondent and other authorities. After investigation, the 3rd respondent found that the documents were created, by way of forgery by the 3rd respondent, by way of proceedings in Na.Ka.No.A1/5325/2013 dated 24.09.2014, has deleted the names of Ilavarasi and 10 others in the said Patta which were illegally included.
4. The petitioner submitted that he made several representations to the respondent seeking to take necessary action on the said Ilavarasi and Panneerselvam. The Superintendent of Police, Villupuram District had forwarded the petitioner's complaint to the second respondent on 14.04.2015 to take necessary action. The petitioner also submitted a representation dated 05.11.2015 to the respondents to take necessary action against the erring government employees. However, the respondents have not taken any action on the said Iavarasi and Panneerselvam. 3/6
5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents have submitted that the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 05.11.2015, will be considered by the respondents and requested time for consideration.
6. In view of the submissions made by both sides and on perusal of the records, this writ petition stands disposed of, directing the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.11.2015 as quickly as possible, not later than four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
