Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorari to call for records of proceedings of the Tax Recover officer -1 the 2nd Respondent herein in respect of the Assessment years 2010- 11 and 2013- 14 of the petitioner and set aside the impugned order of attachment of the house property vide ITBA/ COM /F/ 1/4
17/ 2024- 25 /1069813121 (1) dated 21.10.2024 as null and void and further set aside the order of proclamation of sale of house property vide ITBA/ COM /F/ 17/ 2024- 25/ 1072591284 (1) dated 27.01.2025 as null and void.
