ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Section 4(1) (aaa) r/w 4(1-A) of T.N.P. Act in Cr.No.140 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that based on the complaint, the respondent police, on 21.02.2021 at about 12.30 p.m. went for a prohibition raid near Mampuli. The respondent police enquired and found that the petitioner is in possession of 110 litres of liquors. Hence, this petition has been filed.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that there are twenty previous cases pending against the petitioner. 5.Considering the gravity of offence committed by the petitioner and twenty previous cases pending against him, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
