Sub Application (OS).No.208 of 2023 in Contempt Petition No.402 of 2023 S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.

This Sub Application has been filed to grant three months time to comply with the order of this Court dated 25.08.2022 made in W.P.No.33036 of 2015.

Mr.S.Ravichandran, learned Government Pleader took notice in the Contempt Petition on 06.03.2023 and subsequently, the respondents filed the present Sub Application (OS).No.208 of 2023, seeking three months time to implement the order passed by this Court on 25.08.2022.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader made a submission that the papers are to be circulated to the Government for obtaining necessary orders and in this regard, actions were already initiated.

4. With a view to facilitate the respondents to obtain necessary approval from the Government for the purpose of implementing the orders, this Court is inclined to grant three months time.

5. Accordingly, the Sub Application (OS).No.208 of 2023 stands allowed and time is granted for three months. No costs.
