This Application has been filed by the applicant seeking to direct the 1st respondent / Official Liquidator to unlock and inspect the subject premises at Flat Nos.207 & 208, Shopping Inn, Chitra Avenue, No.9, Choolaimedu High Road, Chennai - 600 092 in the presence of the present applicant and vacate the same by withdrawing the symbolic possession and removal of the notice dated 18.09.2018 to avoid any further encumbrance. 2.Learned counsel appearing for the applicant would submit that the applicant is the owner of the subject property. She leased out the said property to the Company in Liquidation. Subsequently, the liquidation order came to be passed. He would further submit that at present the premises is kept locked and the applicant is not receiving any rent. Therefore, the present application has been filed.

3.Learned Official Liquidator filed report and fairly submitted that they will vacate the premises.

rst 4.In view of the above submissions and the report filed by the Official Liquidator, learned Official Liquidator is directed to remove the movables from the premises and handover the property on or before 21.07.2023. 5.Accordingly, this application is ordered.
