This Court vide orders dated 03.02.2022 and 07.04.2022 appointed Mr.Justice M.Sathyanarayanan, retired Judge of this Court as Arbitrator in O.A.Nos.20 to 22 and 190 to 192 of 2022 respectively.

2. However, after the commencement of the arbitral proceedings, the learned Arbitrator had expressed his inability to continue to act as a sole Arbitrator on account of his personal commitments and other reasons.

3. Therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioner would request this Court to substitute the said Arbitrator with a new Arbitrator.

4. The learned counsel for the respondent would also submit that they have no objection with regard to the substitution of the learned Arbitrator.

5. Upon hearing the above submissions and perusal of documents available on record, this Court is inclined to appoint the sole Arbitrator. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Page No.1/2

Accordingly, this Court appoints Hon'ble Mr.Justice K.Kalyana Sundaram(Rtd.,), residing at Flat No.406, 5th South Cross Street, Kapaleaswarar Nagar, Neelankarai, Chennai, Contact No.93810 11077, as sole Arbitrator, who shall continue from the last proceedings of the erstwhile sole Arbitrator. 11.04.2023 nsa Note: Issue order copy on 13.04.2023.
