ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction for issuance of a Site Visit Certificate to enable the petitioner to participate in the tender called by the first respondent . Despite sending an e-mail, requesting issuance of Site Visit Certificate, as the same has not been issued, the petitioner is before this Court. Mr.S.Doraiswamy mentioned the matter this morning, I requested him to serve the entire typed set of papers on Mr.E.C.Ramesh, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents so as to enable him to get instructions.

3. When I took up the matter for hearing, Mr.E.C.Ramesh states that the Site Visit Certificate will be issued to the petitioner before 4..00 p.m. today. His statement is recorded.
