CR NO.786/2019 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police forthrightly i.e. on 1st and 15th of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.2483 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.803 of 2020 on 26/02/2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.P.SARAVANAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/S.KRITIKA KAMAL .P, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.2483 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.803 of 2020 for the offences punishable under Section 302 of IPC, in Crime No.786 of 2019, while granting bail. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail. This petition is ordered.
