The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the respondent to dispose of her representation dated 30.10.2015.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner made representation dated 30.10.2015 to the respondent seeking family pension and since there was no response, has filed this writ petition.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent fairly submitted that the respondent would consider the representation of the petitioner dated 30.10.2015, if not already considered, on merits, within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court. 4.In view of the above, this Court directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.10.2015, if not already considered, after granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
