ORDER

This Writ petition is filed seeking direction in the nature of Writ of Mandamus to the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.02.2024.

2. Admittedly, the petitioner claims right over a private family temple. Therefore, the representation submitted to the respondents has no relevance for securing relief. Disputes of civil nature between the private parties are to be adjudicated before the competent Civil Court of law. The authorities cannot resolve such civil disputes, merely based on the representation submitted by the petitioner. Thus, directing the respondents to dispose of the representation would do no service to the cause of justice.

3. Thus, the petitioner is at liberty to work out her remedy in the manner known to law. Accordingly, this Writ petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
