Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.J.JAWAHAR, Advocate for the petitioners, and of M/S.KRITIKA KAMAL P. Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The Petitioners have filed these petitions seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.Nos.3935 & 2683 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Section 399 of IPC, in Crime No.205 of 2021, while granting bail.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petitions are ordered.
