ORDER
This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to nominate the Returning Officer, Official Observer etc., by considering the representations of the petitioner dated 27.04.2015 and 12.05.2015 before the date of election i.e., before 26.05.2015. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2.Mr.R.Govindarajan, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the respondents and submitted that the first respondent may be directed to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 27.04.2015 and 12.05.2015 and pass orders, within a stipulated time. 3.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and also taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 27.04.2015 and 12.05.2015 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, on or before 25.05.2015.
4.With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
