The present Civil Revision Petition is laid by the petitioner seeking to dispose of the I.A.No.12 of 2021 in I.A.No.5 of 2021 in O.S.No.253 of 2021 pending on the file of the Principal District Court, Chengalpattu within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

3.The Principal District Court, Chengalpattu is now directed to dispose of I.A.No.12 of 2021 in I.A.No.5 of 2021 in O.S.No.253 of 2021 within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of communication of this order, at any rate, latest by June, 2022.
