2. We have heard learned counsel for petitioner as also learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents.

3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that an order of premature release stands passed by Superintendent of Prisons, Central Prison, Coimbatore-18 in proceedings No.7795/R1/2014 dated 14.11.2018.

4. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
