(The case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.1281 of 2020 on 07.02.2020 to appear before the respondent police twice in a day at about 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., until further orders

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that as per the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.1281 of 2020 dated 07.02.2020, the petitioner has been complying with the conditions and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition imposed.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the condition regularly.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.1281 of 2020 dated 07.02.2020 is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before Judicial Magistrate, Court - III, Tirupattor, on the first working day of every month, until further orders.

5. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
