When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner appeared before this Court and submitted that pursuant to the orders of this Court dated 22.06.2023, he has deposited a original title deed dated 16.11.2020 stands in the name of the petitioner into the credit of Crime No:1 of 2023.

3. The learned counsel for the defacto complainant admitted that the original title deed has been deposited in Crime No.1 of 2023.

4. In view of the above submissions, compliance is recorded. The interim bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 24.04.2023 is made absolute.
