ORDER

Mr.V.Manoharan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that as against the order passed by this Court, Writ Appeal No.1927 of 2021 was filed and an order of interim stay was granted in C.M.P.No.12488 of 2021 by the Division Bench in its order dated 11.8.2021.

In view of the interim order of stay granted by the Division Bench in W.A.No.1927 of 2021, this contempt petition stands closed giving liberty to the petitioner to renew his request as and when required, if so advised.
