Respondents / not a party Prayer : Criminal Revision filed under Section 397 & 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking to set aside the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.1234 of 2015 dated 30.04.2015 in Crl.A.No.39 of 2015 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Thiruvallur against the judgment made in STC.No.5 of 2014 dated 10.04.2015 on the file of Fast Track Court, Magistrate Level, Thiruvallur as far as the conditional order of depositing a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- in the trail court concern.

ORDER
This Criminal Revision has been filed by the appellant challenging the order of the court below while suspending the sentence imposed by the trial Court.
2.The conditional order was passed to deposit a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- out of the compensation awarded for a sum of Rs.15,00,000/-.
3.This Court does not find any error in the order passed by the Court below. The Court below has rightly exercised its discretion https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
in a fair manner. The condition imposed cannot be termed as onerous. Hence, the Criminal Revision stands dismissed. However, the time granted by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Thiruvallur in Crl.M.P.No.1234 of 2015 is extended for a further period of four weeks. It is made clear that the said time will start after the time period given by the Court below expires. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
