PRAYER: The Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct the learned Additional District Judge, Chengalpattu, to expedite the proceedings in C.O.S.No.21 of 2020 on the file of the Principle District Judge, Kancheepuram at Chengalpattu, and dispose the same within a stipulated period of time.

The revision petitioner herein seeks a direction of this Court for an expeditious disposal of the proceedings in C.O.S.No.21 of 2020 pending on the file of the Principal District Judge, Kancheepuram at Chengalpattu. 2.COS.No.21 of 2020 is remanded back to the Principal District Judge, Kancheepuram, since as per Rule 3 of Order 15 A of CPC, the Commercial Court shall endeavour to dispose of the matter within a period of 6 months from the date of the first case management hearing.
