This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking to direct 1st Additional Family Court, Chennai to dispose the HMOP No.2508 of 2015 along with M.C. No.429 of 2017 and HMOP No.3461 of 2017 within a stipulated time
2. The learned counsel for the revision petitioner would submit that the revision petitioner has filed the HMOP No. 2508 of 2015 seeking to dissolve the marriage with the respondent dated 13.12.2013. The said HMOP is pending from the year 2013, the said case is being adjourned from time to time. Now, the respondent has filed HMOP. No.3461 of 2017 for restitution of conjugal rights and respondent also filed maintenance case in M.C. No.429 of 2017 for interim maintenance. Therefore, the said Civil Revision Petition filed before this Court.
3. According to the learned counsel for the revision petitioner, the above said HMOP. No.3461 of 2017 and M.C. No.429 of 2017 have filed by the respondent only to protract the proceedings. Hence, the revision petitioner filed this civil revision petition for early disposal. In view of the above facts and circumstances and in view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to direct the 1st Additional Family Court, Chennai to dispose the HMOP No.2508 of 2015 along with M.C. No.429 of 2017 and HMOP No.3461 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible.
4. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of, with the above directions. No Costs.
