Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to remove the road which was laid in the pond situated in Survey No.114, Thazhambur Village, Thiruporur Taluk within a time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court and direct the respondents 1 to 4 to remove/cancel the road in Survey No.114 approved under approval No.1/2019 on 04.01.2019 from the fourth respondent records.
