Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of certiorari, calling for the records relating to the order of the second respondent dated 16.10.2015 issued in proceedings R.No.6729/2013/S6/FSSA and quash the same insofar as imposing the instruction on the respondent 4 to 10 that the "End products only should be taken for analysis" "The processing/manufacturing process for any units should not be disturbed in the process of inspection. Intermediate products which are not per-se food item should not be sampled as there is no provision for any testing norms for inspection of intermediate products" and " an inspection Team consisting of officials of Sago Serve, Commercial Tax and Food Safety Department only should be made".

2. Learned Government Advocate submits that the notification dated 24.10.2017 amended the Food Safety and Standards (Food Products Standards and Food Additives) Regulations, 2011 in relation to Tapioca Sago.
