building licence in No.114/2012 MH 5 [c] B.A.No.132/ 2012 MH 5 [c] dated 09.05.2012 by the third respondent and the proceedings of the first respondent in Roc.No.4897/2013 dated 06.05.2013 to the property S.F.No.9/283, Door No.119, Ram Nagar, Coimbatore and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 4 to 5 to alter the physical feature of the property or develop the same or proceed with the construction. This Writ Petition has been filed to quash the planning approval granted on 20.04.2012 by the third respondent in Na.Ka.No.6766/2011 U.Thi.Ku.3, Thi.A.A.No.124A/AAE/2012 and the building licence in No.114/2012 MH 5 [c] B.A.No.132/ 2012 MH 5 [c] dated 09.05.2012 by the third respondent and the proceedings of the first respondent in 2/4

Roc.No.4897/2013 dated 06.05.2013 to the property S.F.No.9/283, Door No.119, Ram Nagar, Coimbatore and consequently direct the respondents 4 to 5 to alter the physical feature of the property or develop the same or proceed with the construction.

2. When the matter is taken up today, there is no representation for the petitioner. This Writ Petition is pending from the year 2013.
