Respondents PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to give police protection to the petitioner for laying a fence/compound wall in the property which is the subject matter of the suit in O.S.No.208 of 2002 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Sathyamangalam based on the petitioners complaint dated 27.06.2016.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to give police protection to the petitioner for laying a fence/compound wall in the property which is the subject matter of the suit in O.S.No.208 of 2002 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Sathyamangalam based on the petitioners complaint dated 27.06.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent, who would submit that the complaint dated 27.06.2016 has been sent by post to the first respondent.

3. In view of the above submission, the petitioner is directed to appear in person before the first respondent police along with this order and lodge a fresh complaint, containing the very same contents as stated in the previous complaint dated 27.06.2016. On receipt of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

such complaint, the same shall be enquired into by calling the opposite party and action be taken in accordance with law and if necessary, to give police protection to the petitioner for laying a fence/compound wall in the property.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
