There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner even though this case was called in the morning and passed over.

2. This application has been filed for granting exemption to the petitioner from payment of court fee. The Tribunal has awarded a sum of Rs.6,74,800/- by partially allowing the claim petition filed by the petitioner.

3. Considering the same, I do not find any reasons for granting exemption to the petitioner from payment of court fee. The petitioner is therefore directed to pay the requisite court fee. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
