O R D E R
The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this revision is filed by the tenants who faced an order of eviction in R.C.A.No.2 of 2009 on the file of Rent Control Appellate Authority(Sub-Court), Mannargudi, that since the filing of this petition, the tenants have vacated and handed over the possession to the landlord.
2. In view of the above submission, this Court finds that nothing survives in this revision petition. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
