(The case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.804 of 2020 on 22.01.2020 to appear before the respondent police daily 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that as per the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.804 of 2020 dated 22.01.2020, the petitioner has been complying with the conditions and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition imposed.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the condition regularly.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.804 of 2020 dated 22.01.2020 is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the responded police every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
