(The case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.1255 of 2020 on 07.02.2020 to appear before the respondent police twice in a day at about 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., until further orders

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that as per the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.1255 of 2020 dated 07.02.2020, the petitioners have been complying with the conditions and hence, they seek for relaxation of the condition imposed.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the the condition regularly.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.1255 of 2020 dated 07.02.2020 is relaxed and the petitioners shall appear before Judicial Magistrate, Court - III, Tirupattor, on the first working day of every month, until further orders.

5. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
