It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the sole petitioner died and the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner are not brought on record.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the tenth respondent would state that the decree holder has taken possession of the property on 20.09.2018 and the Execution Petition itself was terminated in the month of September 2019.
