ORDER

W.M.P. No. 9426 of 2025 has been filed, seeking for impleading the petitioner as the sixth respondent in the main writ petition. A copy of this petition has also been served on the learned counsel for the petitioner in the main writ petition. Till date, counter has not been filed.

2. No prejudice would be caused to any of the parties if W.M.P. No. 9426 of 2025 is allowed as prayed for without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the writ petitioner to raise all objections with regard to the impleadment in the main writ petition. The petitioner in W.M.P. No. 9426 of 2025 also claims that he is a neighbouring land owner and if the relief sought for by the petitioner in the main writ petition is granted beyond his back, it will be detrimental to his interest. Accordingly, W.M.P. No. 9426 of 2025 is allowed as prayed for without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the writ petitioner to raise all objections with regard to the impleadment in the main writ petition.

3. Registry is directed to carryout the amendment accordingly.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the proposed respondent viz., newly impleaded sixth respondent, seeks time to file counter.

5. Post the matter for counter and disposal in the main writ petition on 27.01.2026.
