O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this revision petition challenging the order passed in R.E.P.No.64 of 2017 in Arbitration case No. ARB/JN/554/2014 dated 09.11.2017, by raising the jurisdiction of the Arbitrator passing the award.

2. The learned counsel for the revision petitioner would fairly submit that the petitioner has filed applications in REA Nos.125, 126 and 127 of 2017 in R.E.P.No.64 of 2017 and the same are pending before the Execution Court.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that since the aforesaid applications are pending before the Execution Court, this Court may issue directions to dispose of the said applications within a stipulated period. In the event of such order being passed, the same shall be considered by the execution court, on merits and in accordance with law.

4. By considering the said submissions made by the learned counsel

for both the parties, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the III Additional District Judge, Salem to dispose of the pending applications in REA Nos.125, 126 and 127 of 2017 in REP. No.64 of 2017, on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.

5. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of, with the above direction. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
