Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of mandamus, directing the Respondents herein to provide Transport facility from Cholambedu Area in Thirumullaivoyal to Ambattur and Thyagaraya Nagar by resuming the Transport Route No.41 and 147 that was plying between Cholembedu and Ambattur and Thirumullaivoyal to Thyagaraya Nagar Prior to 2020, considering the Representations of the petitioners dated 05.01.2021 and 15.06.2023 respectively.

ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Ms.Karthikaa Ashok, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Edwin Prabakar, learned State Government Pleader for the respondents.

2. Grievance is made about the roads being closed down since Covid-19.

3. The petitioner has given a representation on 15.06.2023 to the respondents. The respondents shall consider the said representation on its own merits and in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of the order.

4. The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
