Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition of appearing before the trial court everyday at 10.30 a.m. in the above Crl.OP.4939/2021 order dated 18.03.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.GIRIDHAR AND SAI, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. P.KRITIKA KAMAL Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the committal Court on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that now PRC number has been assigned.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.4939 of 2021, dated 18.03.2021 is relaxed, however the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court each and every date of hearing.
