ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents, and in particular the fourth respondent to deal with the online application submitted by the petitioners on 02.06.2022, wherein the petitioners are seeking for issue of patta in their name.
2. Heard Mr.V.Nandagopalan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr.P.Sathish, Additional Government Pleader for respondents.
3. The petitioners are tracing their right through koorchit dated 22.05.1941. They submitted an online application on 02.06.2022 claiming for patta with respect to the subject property. The representation was made on 22.07.2024 and this also did not evoke any response. It is under these circumstances, the present writ petition came to be filed.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents submitted that the fourth respondent had already called the petitioner for enquiry on 11.04.2025 and that the claim made by the petitioners will be considered and final orders will be passed within a time frame fixed by this Court.
5. In the light of the above submissions, there shall be a direction to the fourth respondent to pass final orders on the representation made by the petitioners seeking patta, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
