Common Prayer : Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records on the file of the 2nd respondent in Roc.No.429/2019/A3 dated 18.03.2022 being notice of attachment issued on the 3rd respondent and connected proceeding for revision of the 1st respondent in Va.Vi.No.33793244501/2009-10 and Va.Vi.No.33793244501/2010-11 dated 09.09.2019 and quash the same.

2. When the matters are taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to 2/4
withdraw the writ petitions with liberty to avail benefits under samadham scheme and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3. In view of the above submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, both these writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to avail benefits under samadhan scheme. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
