ORDER

A Caveat has been filed in the above Original Petition by the 2nd respondent, the maternal uncle of the deceased testatrix stating that he has to be heard before the probate is granted. The petitioner caveator has questioned the Will and has also stated that the same has been created under a suspicious circumstances. Considering the above the Original Petition is directed to be converted into the Testamentary Original Suit. The Registry is directed to number the same.
