ORDER
Challenging the order dated 12.02.2015 made by the learned Judicial Magistrate, in M.C.No.4 of 2013 dismissing the application filed by the wife under Section 125 of Cr.P.C. against her husband for maintenance allowance, the present criminal revision case has been filed by her.
2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, both the wife and the husband have been present in court. They have stated that the matter has been amicably settled between them. When this court inquired the revision petitioner/wife, she told that she has received a sum of Rs.2,50,000/- by way of two demand drafts each for Rs.1,25,000/- drawn on ICICI Bank, Perambur Branch bearing DD Nos.503611 and 503611 dated 12.02.2017 from her husband through her counsel. The parties have also filed a joint memo of compromise to that effect.
