ORDER

The petitioner has filed the above Criminal Revision Petition challenging the order dated 29.04.2015 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Coimbatore in the proceedings initiated by him under Section 305 of Cr.P.C.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the order under challenge is only an interlocutory order and it is not a final order and hence, the revision petition is not maintainable. 3.Having regard to the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Criminal Revision Petition is dismissed as not maintainable. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to seek the relief before the appropriate forum including the relief of exemption from appearance. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
