The prayer sought for in the present petition is to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of order dated 27.07.2017 of this Court made in Crl.O.P.No.13985 of 2017.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the order of this Court dated 27.07.2017 has been complied with since, the petitioner's complaint has been enquired into and the same came to be closed on 02.08.2018 and the same has been communicated to the petitioner herein on 04.08.2018.
3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the contempt petition stands closed.
