Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the 4th Respondent to implement the order of the 3rd Respondent in M.D.No.1 of 2011 on 08.07.2011 and consequently pay all the arrears of salary, increment, bonus leave benefits and all the monetary benefits payable to the petitioner with costs @ 18% per annum from the date on which the amount became due till the date of payment.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the relief sought for by the Petitioner has been granted partly and that fixation has been done erroneously and that the Petitioner may be given liberty to make a representation, so that, difference of amount if any, would be demanded and claimed from the Respondents. She has also made an endorsement in the case bundle to the following effect:

"Complied with. Liberty may be granted to give representation regarding fixation of quantum."

Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the endorsement made, this Writ Petition is closed with liberty to the Petitioner to make a representation to the Respondents in respect of his grievance. On such representation being made, it is open to the Respondents to consider the same in accordance with law.
