Assailing the impugned proceedings passed by the 2nd respondent dated 11.10.2018, the present Writ Petition has been filed. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, it was brought to the notice of this Court that the very same order which is challenged in this Writ Petition was put to challenge in W.P.No.5448 of 2019 and the said Writ Petition was dismissed by this Court way back on 13.12.2021.
