CMP No.6294 of 2026 in CMA SR.No.30429 of 2026 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN, J., AND K.RAJASEKAR.J., (Order of the Court was made by C.V.Karthikeyan, J.) This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 258 days in filing the appeal.

2.In the affidavit filed in support of the petition, it had been stated that thought copy application was made, the bundle was not traced and after the papers had been made ready, there was a delay in preparing the appeal.

3.The learned counsel for the first respondent is present. Notice to second respondent is dispensed with.
